RoboHealthy

Terms & Conditions

Effective date: 19 October 2026 Last updated: 19 October 2026

1. ABOUT ROBOHEALTHY AND THESE TERMS

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of the RoboHealthy website at robohealthy.com, our official mobile and web applications, and the related features and services we make available (together, the "Platform").

The Platform is operated by MEISAM HJJI TRADING L.L.C, trading as RoboHealthy ("RoboHealthy", "we", "us" or "our").

Trade licence number: 994827
Licensing authority: Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism (DET)
Contact email: robohealthy@gmail.com

"You" means a person accessing or using the Platform. A "Provider" is a healthcare, medical, wellness or other business or professional that submits a profile, listing or advertisement through the Platform.

Please read these Terms before using the Platform. Where we ask you to accept these Terms, your affirmative acceptance forms an agreement with us. Terms applicable to browsing are made available through the Platform, subject to applicable rules on notice and contract formation. If you do not agree, do not create an account, purchase our services or continue using features requiring acceptance.

The Privacy Policy separately explains how personal information is handled. Additional terms for a particular paid service must be clearly presented before purchase. No additional term overrides mandatory legal rights.

2. WHAT THE PLATFORM DOES

RoboHealthy supports discovery of healthcare and wellness information, Providers and their listed services. Available features may include directories, search, AI-assisted general information, provider profiles, contact links and advertising services.

The Platform is an information and discovery service. RoboHealthy does not, through these features, operate a clinic, practise medicine, diagnose conditions, prescribe medication, deliver treatment or provide emergency care.

Features depend on location, device, language, account type and current availability. A reference to a planned or future feature does not mean that feature is available or included in a current purchase.

An enquiry, search result or contact link does not confirm an appointment, a Provider's acceptance, insurance coverage, service availability or a treatment price.

3. MEDICAL INFORMATION AND EMERGENCIES

Content and AI responses are provided for general information and discovery. They are not individual medical advice, a diagnosis, a prescription, a treatment plan or a substitute for assessment by a suitably qualified healthcare professional.

Using the Platform does not create a doctor-patient relationship with RoboHealthy. Any professional relationship with an independent Provider is established separately with that Provider.

Do not start, stop or change treatment or medication based solely on Platform content. Do not disregard professional advice or delay seeking care because of information obtained through the Platform.

The Platform is not an emergency service and is not monitored for urgent medical requests. If you believe you or another person may be experiencing a medical emergency, contact the relevant local emergency service or attend an appropriate emergency facility immediately.

4. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNTS

Independent account holders must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity required to enter this agreement under applicable law. Where applicable law requires a higher age or other conditions for legal capacity, those requirements also apply.

The Platform is not intended for children to register independently. An adult may search for general information on behalf of a dependant but must have lawful authority before submitting that person's information.

You must provide accurate account details, keep them reasonably up to date, protect login credentials and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. Do not share credentials, impersonate another person or create an account for another person without authority.

If you act for an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to bind it. You are responsible for activity you authorise through your account; you are not automatically responsible for losses caused by our own security failures or other matters for which applicable law makes us responsible.

5. AI-ASSISTED FEATURES

AI may help interpret questions, identify categories, suggest relevant listings and generate general informational responses. AI output may be incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, biased or inconsistent, and it may misinterpret your question or the context you provide.

AI output is not a clinical assessment, professional endorsement or assurance that a Provider or service is suitable for your circumstances. Independently confirm important information with the relevant Provider or a qualified professional.

Personalisation, where available, reflects information and preferences used by that feature. It does not establish medical necessity, clinical suitability or a complete understanding of your health.

Do not enter information about another person unless you have lawful authority. Avoid submitting medical records, identification documents, payment details or other sensitive information into general search or AI fields unless a specific feature expressly requests it and provides the relevant privacy information.

Personal-data processing associated with AI is governed by the Privacy Policy and applicable law. Accepting these Terms does not, by itself, authorise unrelated use of identifiable health information, sale of personal information or training of general-purpose AI models on your identifiable health information.

6. INDEPENDENT PROVIDERS AND LISTING INFORMATION

Providers are independent of RoboHealthy unless expressly identified otherwise. They are responsible for their professional services, staff, clinical decisions, licences, insurance, pricing, claims, availability and compliance with applicable law.

Unless expressly agreed in a separate lawful arrangement, a contract for a Provider's healthcare or wellness service is between you and that Provider. Confirm the service description, total price, cancellation terms, eligibility, professional credentials and any insurance arrangements directly with the Provider before proceeding.

Listings may contain Provider-supplied information. We may request supporting documents and conduct checks, but a listing is not a guarantee of clinical quality, safety, outcomes or continuing regulatory status.

Any "verified" or similar label must be read with the explanation displayed for that label. It refers only to the checks described there and does not amount to government approval, accreditation or a guarantee of care. Uploading documents alone does not establish verification.

Nothing in this section removes our responsibility for our own statements, advertising services, required checks or other obligations imposed by law.

7. SEARCH RESULTS, ADVERTISING AND COMMERCIAL PLACEMENTS

Results may be influenced by relevance, service category, location, selected filters, available information and other factors appropriate to the search.

Paid listings, sponsored placements, featured positions and banners may receive greater visibility. We will identify paid promotional placements clearly, for example through "Sponsored" or "Advertisement" labels.

Payment for visibility does not establish that a Provider is clinically superior, medically recommended, more suitable for you or endorsed by a health authority. Search order is not a clinical ranking.

Advertising packages do not guarantee enquiries, appointments, patients, revenue, search position outside the purchased placement or any particular business result. Any measurable delivery commitment must be expressly stated in the accepted order.

8. PROVIDER AND ADVERTISER OBLIGATIONS

If you submit a listing or advertisement, you must:

  • hold and maintain the licences, registrations, permissions and insurance required for your activities and the locations in which you operate;
  • provide authentic, current supporting documents when reasonably requested;
  • submit accurate, lawful and substantiated information about your identity, services, qualifications, prices and claims;
  • obtain all applicable health, medical-product, professional and advertising approvals before publication, and provide evidence where requested;
  • observe the scope, wording, validity period and other conditions of those approvals;
  • obtain necessary permissions for logos, images, testimonials and any personal or patient information;
  • notify us promptly of licence expiry, suspension, restrictions, investigations materially affecting a listing, or other relevant changes; and
  • refrain from misleading claims, fabricated reviews, guaranteed treatment outcomes, prohibited products and unauthorised professional services.

Our content review or acceptance of payment is not regulatory approval. It does not transfer a Provider's duties to us or remove duties imposed on RoboHealthy itself.

We may request corrections, refuse publication or restrict content where reasonably necessary for legal compliance, accuracy or safety. Where practical, we will explain the reason and allow correction. Immediate restriction may be necessary for serious risks or unlawful material.

9. PAID SERVICES AND ORDER DETAILS

Charges apply only where a price is clearly disclosed and you authorise a purchase. Before payment, the relevant order must state the service, package period, advertising allowance or deliverables, start or activation conditions, total price, currency, applicable taxes, renewal terms and cancellation conditions.

We will make an order confirmation and any legally required invoice available. If an order cannot be accepted, we will notify you and refund any payment collected for the unaccepted service.

Review periods and required approvals must be explained before purchase. Buying a package does not authorise immediate publication of content that requires review or regulatory approval.

You must use a payment method you are authorised to use. Payment-service providers and app stores may apply their own disclosed payment terms. Their involvement does not remove RoboHealthy's obligations concerning its own services.

New prices apply to future purchases or renewals after appropriate notice. They do not retrospectively change an accepted fixed-price order.

10. DURATION, RENEWAL, CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS

All plans are renewed manually. A fixed-term package ends on its disclosed expiry date. To continue a paid service after expiry, you must actively select and purchase a new plan. RoboHealthy does not automatically renew plans or charge you for renewal.

For a change-of-mind cancellation after an agreed advertising service has been properly delivered, refund eligibility depends on the fair cancellation conditions disclosed before purchase and applicable law. There is no blanket waiver of statutory refund or compensation rights.

If RoboHealthy does not deliver a purchased service, you are entitled to a refund of the amount paid for that service. If only part of the agreed service has been delivered, the amount attributable to the undelivered portion will be refunded. If a delivered service materially fails to meet the agreed description, we will provide the remedy required by applicable law, which may include correction, replacement performance, a price reduction or a refund. This does not limit any additional rights or remedies available under applicable law.

If an advertisement is rejected or an account is restricted, we will assess amounts fairly against lawful order terms, actual services delivered and applicable rights. Payment will not be retained automatically as a penalty.

Contact the email in Section 1 with the order reference and issue. We will communicate the outcome and any refund arrangements without undue delay. Refunds will normally use the original payment method unless another lawful arrangement is agreed. Payment-provider processing times may apply.

Provider treatment fees and cancellations are governed by the separate Provider arrangement, subject to applicable law. This does not exclude responsibility for any payment or booking service we expressly agree to provide.

11. ACCEPTABLE USE

You must not use the Platform to:

  • violate applicable law or promote unlawful or unlicensed services;
  • impersonate others, submit false credentials or engage in fraud;
  • publish unlawful, threatening, discriminatory, defamatory or rights-infringing material;
  • expose another person's private, confidential or health information without lawful authority;
  • manipulate reviews, search results, advertising metrics or account privileges;
  • send spam, malware or unauthorised commercial communications;
  • access accounts or systems without permission, bypass security controls or disrupt the Platform; or
  • extract personal information or systematically scrape or republish Platform content without permission, except to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Do not probe systems in a way that risks disruption or access to another person's data. Report suspected security vulnerabilities to the contact in Section 1 without disclosing sensitive information publicly.

12. YOUR CONTENT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

You retain ownership of content you lawfully submit. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed for its submission and intended use.

For public profiles, advertisements and other content submitted for publication, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, format, reproduce and display that content only as reasonably needed to operate the Platform and deliver the publication or promotion you request. This includes use by technical service providers acting for those purposes.

This licence is not a transfer of ownership and does not authorise unrelated campaigns or sale of your content. When publication ends or content is removed, public use will cease within a reasonable operational period, subject to lawful retention, backup and dispute requirements.

Private messages, AI inputs and personal information are handled under the Privacy Policy and applicable law, not as freely reusable public content.

The Platform's software, design, branding and original materials belong to us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to use the available features for their intended purposes while you comply with these Terms. No ownership rights are transferred.

13. CONTENT REPORTS AND MODERATION

Report misleading listings, suspected unlicensed activity, privacy concerns, intellectual-property issues or other unlawful material using the contact in Section 1. Identify the relevant content, explain the issue and include supporting information you can lawfully share.

We may assess reports, seek clarification, request evidence, remove or restrict content, and notify the affected account where lawful and appropriate. We may preserve information or cooperate with competent authorities when legally required.

If your content or account is restricted, you may request review through the same contact. We will consider relevant corrections and supporting evidence. We do not promise that every listing has been continuously monitored or that every report will result in removal.

14. PRIVACY AND COMMUNICATIONS

The Privacy Policy explains categories of information collected, purposes, recipients, relevant international transfers, retention practices and available rights. Any collection or use requiring separate consent must have an appropriate consent mechanism.

Terms acceptance does not itself subscribe you to promotional email, SMS, WhatsApp or other marketing. Marketing communications and withdrawal choices must comply with applicable law.

We may send account, transaction, safety and legal notices through the contact details you provide or through the Platform, as permitted by law. Keep your contact details current.

Information sent directly to a Provider is also subject to that Provider's responsibilities and privacy notice. Review the relevant notice before sharing sensitive information.

15. THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND APP STORES

External websites, maps, messaging services, payment services and Provider systems may have their own terms and privacy practices. A link is not, by itself, an endorsement.

We do not control independent third-party services, but remain responsible for our own integration, representations and legal obligations. Check the recipient and destination before submitting information or making payments.

If you obtain an app through an app store, applicable store rules also apply. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the Platform service agreement is with the operator identified in Section 1, rather than the store operator.

16. AVAILABILITY AND CHANGES TO THE PLATFORM

We aim to maintain a useful, functioning Platform, but cannot promise uninterrupted access or error-free operation. Maintenance, technical faults, security events and external dependencies may affect availability.

We may improve or change features. We will not materially reduce an already purchased service without providing an appropriate remedy or obtaining any agreement required by law.

If a paid feature is discontinued, we will provide reasonable notice where practical and address undelivered prepaid services under Section 10. We will take reasonable steps to reduce disruption caused by events beyond our reasonable control; those events do not automatically eliminate refund or other mandatory rights.

17. SUSPENSION, TERMINATION AND ACCOUNT CLOSURE

We may restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of a serious or repeated breach, fraud, unlawful content, security risk, expired professional authorisation or a binding legal requirement.

Where the circumstances permit, we will provide notice, explain the issue and allow a reasonable opportunity to correct it. Urgent safety, fraud, security or legal concerns may require immediate action.

You may stop using the Platform and request account closure through the contact in Section 1. Account closure does not automatically cancel a separate paid order; cancellation and refunds are handled under Section 10.

Following closure, information is deleted or retained according to the Privacy Policy and applicable legal requirements. Closure does not remove accrued rights, valid unpaid charges, statutory remedies or obligations that reasonably need to continue.

18. RESPONSIBILITY AND LEGAL RIGHTS

We will provide our own services with the care and standards required by applicable law and the accepted service description.

To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that third-party information or AI-generated content is complete or accurate, that every search will identify a suitable Provider, or that use of the Platform will produce a particular clinical or commercial outcome.

For business users acting in a commercial capacity, and only to the extent lawful, neither party is responsible to the other for indirect or consequential business losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the relevant contract was made.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury where liability cannot lawfully be limited, breach of mandatory data-protection obligations, or any other liability that applicable law prohibits excluding or limiting.

Nothing restricts a consumer's mandatory rights, including rights concerning accurate information, fair terms, service quality, refunds, compensation or complaints. Describing a Provider as independent does not excuse RoboHealthy from responsibility for its own conduct or legal duties.

19. INVESTMENT AND COLLABORATION ENQUIRIES

Submitting an investor, partnership, sponsorship or collaboration enquiry does not create a partnership, agency, employment relationship, investment commitment or entitlement to receive an allocation or enter a transaction.

General website content and enquiry forms do not, by themselves, constitute an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy securities. Any investment transaction requires appropriate eligibility and regulatory checks and separate definitive documentation. No investment return or commercial outcome is guaranteed.

Do not send highly confidential business information through a general contact form without first agreeing an appropriate confidential channel or arrangement. This does not reduce our duties concerning personal information or confidentiality obligations otherwise imposed by law.

20. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Platform, legal requirements or operational arrangements. We will publish the updated text and its effective date.

For changes that materially affect an existing account holder's rights or obligations, we will normally provide at least 30 days' advance notice through an appropriate channel. Where an urgent legal or security requirement makes that impracticable, we will explain the change as soon as reasonably possible.

Changes will not retrospectively remove accrued rights or alter an existing paid order without a lawful basis and any required agreement. Where affirmative acceptance is required, we will request it.

If you do not accept a material change, you may stop using the affected service and close your account. Applicable remedies for undelivered prepaid services remain available.

21. COMPLAINTS, GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES

Send complaints to the contact email in Section 1 with sufficient details for us to investigate. We will acknowledge and review complaints within a reasonable period and communicate an appropriate response.

You may contact a competent consumer-protection authority, health regulator, data-protection authority or court without first completing our internal process where the law permits. Nothing imposes a contractual deadline shorter than a mandatory legal time limit for bringing a claim.

These Terms and our service agreement are governed by the applicable federal laws of the United Arab Emirates and the laws of the Emirate of Dubai.

Subject to mandatory rules on jurisdiction and consumer rights, the competent courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, will hear disputes arising from these Terms. Nothing prevents a party from approaching another court or authority where applicable mandatory law gives that body jurisdiction. These Terms do not require mandatory private arbitration or waive lawful collective or representative remedies.

22. GENERAL TERMS

These Terms, together with any clearly disclosed and accepted service-specific order, form the agreement for the relevant Platform service. A separate signed agreement applies to the extent it expressly governs a particular business arrangement. No document overrides mandatory legal protections.

If a provision is invalid or unenforceable, it will not apply to that extent; the remaining provisions continue where legally possible. A failure to enforce a provision immediately is not a waiver of later enforcement.

We may transfer the operation of the Platform or this agreement as part of a lawful business transfer, provided that your rights and the required protection of personal information are preserved. We will provide notice where required. You may not transfer your account or agreement without our consent, except where applicable law permits.

The English text and any official Arabic version we publish should be consistent. Any discrepancy will be resolved under applicable UAE law, including mandatory rules concerning Arabic-language consumer contracts. These Terms do not make English prevail where the law requires otherwise.
